Recipe Books for the Daniel Plan
The Daniel Fast, Susan Gregory, Tyndale House Publishers, 2009
“The Daniel fast blogger” http://danielfast.wordpress.com/who-is-the-daniel-fast-blogger Susan Gregory is an acknowledged expert on the partial fast inspired by the book of Daniel. This book is full of enough recipes to eat something different every day for a 21 day fast. She includes a 21 day menu if you need help in that direction. There are recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner plus snacks. Includes lots of facts about healthy eating – more than just a recipe book. No beautiful foody photos unfortunately – but that’s my only negative comment. Here are some of Susan Gregory’s recipes online.

The Revive Café Cookbook, Jeremy Dixon – who owns the two Revive cafes in Auckland city. Yay! – a New Zealander! This is a New Zealand cookbook. I’ve bought one and it looks very good. http://www.revive.co.nz/info/recipes
